Orders

Shopping with Aldha is easy! 

1. Log on to Aldha.com by clicking "Log in" or continue as a guest.

2. Browse the store using the menu or search bar to view your desired products.

3. To add items to your cart, click on “Add to Cart” with your desired quantity. 

4. Click "Checkout" to finish shopping, or "Continue shopping" to continue browsing. 

5. To review your items, click "View Cart" or click on "Cart" located at the upper right corner of the page. 

If you have an applicable promotion code, enter it in "Discount" and click on "Apply". Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.

6. When you're ready to place your order click on "Checkout" and your order summary will appear for review. Alternatively, you may click on "G Pay" or "Paypal" to check out instantly through Google Pay or Paypal respectively.

7. Fill in your Email address or phone number. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method.

8. Click on "Continue to shipping" to view and select shipping options. Click on your preferred Payment Option then click on "Place Order" to proceed with the payment. 

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.

You may also drop by our Aldha Villa and we will be happy to assist you.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days).  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends).

P.S. Orders above S$50 are eligible for free delivery!

Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. You should receive an order confirmation within 24hrs. You may also view your order status online via Your Aldha Account.

Our customer service will do our best to assist you via telephone, email, Shopify chat or Facebook Messenger.

We highly suggest that you review your bag before checking out.

Payment

Any of the following payment options are available on our website:

Credit Card: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may select these options during check out.

PayPal - Choose to pay securely through PayPal with your debit card or credit card. Registration is free and easy. For more information about paypal, visit their website

Apple Pay: Apple Pay is only available on Safari on iOS 12.1 or MacOS 10.14.1 on one of the following devices: 

- iPhone (SE, 6, 6 Plus, or newer)
- iPad (Pro, Air 2, mini 3, or newer)
- Apple Watch
- MacBook Pro with Touch ID
- Any Mac model (2012 or newer) plus an Apple Pay-enabled iPhone or Apple Watch. 

Shopify Pay: Shopify Pay remembers your shipping and billing information so you'll be able to check out faster. Simply opt-in to "Save my information for a faster checkout" to use Shopify Pay.

Google Pay: To use Google Pay, you must be on one of the following browsers:

Gift Cards

Simply enter your gift card's unique code at checkout. 

Gift cards can be redeemed through our online store (www.aldha.com), Facebook Shop, Messenger shop and at Aldha stores.

Gift cards may applied to the total value of an order, in conjunction with discount or promotional codes, which can include taxes and shipping

No worries! Reach out to our friendly support team here and we re-email the gift card to the original customer.

A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. 

If you are unsure about how much balance is left, contact us and we'll be happy to assist you!

Yes! You may redeem another gift card during checkout.

No, you can't reload a gift card.

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Lovely idea. If you're buying a gift card for someone else, you will need to forward the gift card email to the recipient.

All Aldha gift cards have a one year expiry date. (E.g. If it was purchased on 1 January 2020, any balance remaining on the gift card expires automatically on 1 January 2021.) 

Aldha Gift Cards are redeemable in Singapore and only for merchandise sold at Aldha stores in Singapore or on our website (www.aldha.com).

Gift cards are limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and revocable.

No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Aldha E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.

Promotions and Discounts

Please check the terms and conditions of the voucher regarding redemption eligibility (expiry date, Beauty Pass Status, exclusions, etc) and to see if it's applicable to the items in cart.


Please note that coupons cannot be used concurrently with other discounts/promotions and loyalty rewards redemption.

Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping to addresses in Singapore and Malaysia.

Deliveries are from Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM. (Excluding public holidays and weekends).

Delivery is subject to product stock availability and Aldha’s delivery schedule. Products which are out of stock will not be available for purchase, but customers may opt in to be notified when the product is back in stock.

There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

You may use the tracking number provided in your email to see where your parcel is. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Service Team and they can assist you with tracking your parcel.

Delivery charges start from S$6.50 and S$13.54 onward depending on final weight of products ordered for Singapore and Malaysia respectively.

We offer free shipping within Singapore for orders over $50.

Returns & Exchanges

Change your mind? No problem! We offer returns/exchanges for any unused and undamaged products with proof or purchase within 14 days of purchase. 

Aldha allows for returns and exchanges if you've changed your mind about a product, find a defective product, or have experienced an allergic reaction to a particular product. This applies to online and in-store returns.

All returns (except returns due to allergic reactions) are subject to a 14-day exchange policy upon receipt of order, with the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition.
- Packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Aldha.

Non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 
- Selected health and personal care items 

Due to Health Regulations, respiratory masks are personal items and may not be exchanged or returned for resale. Masks will be replaced only if defective in materials or construction. Please consider your order carefully before placing it.

We're sorry you received a parcel with damaged, incorrect, or missing items/rewards! Let us know by contacting our Customer Service Team here so that we can make things better. 

Please also have the following details on hand:
- Image of the Item/Parcel(s) received
- Name of Item
- Order Number

Please also don't dispose of or throw away any of the items you're writing in about! Aldha reserves the right to collect the product if necessary. If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement. Otherwise, a refund or a credit voucher will be issued to you.
