You will want to hand wash your mask and let it air dry in an environment that is clean and dry. Your masks can last up to a year from first use and you can replace the filters as needed. It is recommended that filters be replaced once a week to ensure optimal hygienic protection.
Washing instructions to maintain your masks are also crucial. Experts say that masks should be washed daily, or after every use. Be sure to hand wash your mask (without soaking it) in warm water, using gentle detergents and softener, then hang to dry. You'll want to avoid any harsh chemicals like bleach or similar.
Avoid machine washing or drying as this may distort the shape and wear out your masks quickly.
